    SAFETY FEATURES :

    • Our safety controller is having three safety cut off :
    • Lower Temperature Cut- Off ( Above Set Point )
    • Lower Temperature Cut- Off ( Above Set Point )
    • Lower Temperature cut-off ( Below Set Point ):
    •      The LED (LO1) blinks when temperature is undershoot below the lower set
            Point (Lower cut-off : Below set point)
    •      The LED (LO2) blinks when temperature is overshoot above the set Point (Lower
            cut-off : Above set point
    •      The LED (HT) blinks when temperature is overshoot above the set Point (Higher
            Cut-off : Above set point)
    •      The LED (BT) blinks when water is not present in the boiler tank.

    • Microprocessor based Safety Controller (Auto Reset) which will be cut off the heater Output Supply in case of over shoot of Low Set Temperature and it gives overshoot indication and alarm.

    • One Pt-100 Sensor Fitted inside the chamber. This will show the actual temperature on Safety Controller.

    FOR BOILER SAFETY SYSTEM :-

    • Thermostat is fitted in the boiler tank. Boiler Safety Circuit will cut off the chamber output supply in case of Low Water Level and it gives overshoot indication and alarm.

      FOR TEMPERATURE SAFETY SYSTEM :-

    • • Two Safety set points are available. One is lower set point and another is Higher     set point.
    • • If temperature gets Over Shoot above the Higher Set Point, Higher Safety will be     cut off the chamber Power Supply.
    • • If temperature gets overshoot above the lower set point , Higher safety will be     cut off the heater Supply.
    • • If temperature gets Over Shoot above the Higher Set Point, Higher Safety will be     cut off the chamber Power Supply. Work on 220/230 Volts A.C.
